Head of Sales, US East Coast

Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Sales — US East Coast to open and grow eClapper’s commercial presence across media, publishing, advertising, marketing technology, television, and e-commerce.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who can turn strategic conversations into qualified pipeline, pilots, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.

You’ll work directly with the founding team to introduce eClapper’s Emotional AI technology to decision-makers who are facing the limits of traditional personalization and recommendation systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own the commercial pipeline across the US East Coast.

  • Open conversations with senior decision-makers in media, television, publishing, advertising, marketing technology, and e-commerce.

  • Position eClapper as an Emotional AI layer for recommendation systems, personalization, customer journeys, and decision relevance.

  • Identify high-potential enterprise prospects and convert them into qualified commercial opportunities.

  • Lead discovery calls, strategic demos, proposal discussions, and pilot conversations.

  • Work closely with the founding team to refine sales narratives, vertical-specific use cases, and enterprise value propositions.

  • Develop relationships with agencies, media groups, publishers, commerce operators, innovation teams, and platform companies.

  • Help shape repeatable sales motions for future US expansion.

  • Support the definition of pricing, packaging, partnership models, and go-to-market priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or revenue leadership.

  • Strong network across media, advertising, publishing, marketing technology, television, or e-commerce.

  • Proven ability to sell complex technology or innovation-driven solutions to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience opening new markets, not only managing existing accounts.

  • Ability to translate technical products into clear business value.

  • Strong commercial instinct, executive presence, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment with high autonomy.

  • Excellent communication skills and a sharp understanding of enterprise buying cycles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, data personalization, APIs, SaaS, adtech, martech, recommendation, or audience intelligence solutions.

  • Existing relationships with media groups, publishers, advertising networks, agencies, streaming services, commerce platforms, or enterprise marketing teams.

  • Experience selling pilots, proofs of concept, or innovation partnerships.

  • Understanding of customer engagement, retention, conversion, personalization, and recommendation systems.

  • Experience working with international founders or companies entering the US market.
