Overview
We’re looking for a Head of Sales — US West Coast to lead eClapper’s commercial expansion across streaming, entertainment platforms, gaming, music, digital content, and interactive media.
This role is for someone who understands how content platforms compete for attention — and why better recommendations can become a direct driver of engagement, retention, and user satisfaction.
You’ll work directly with the founding team to bring eClapper’s Emotional AI layer to companies building the future of entertainment and digital experiences.

What You’ll Do
Build and own the commercial pipeline across the US West Coast.
Open strategic conversations with streaming platforms, gaming companies, music platforms, digital entertainment businesses, creator platforms, and media technology companies.
Position eClapper as an Emotional AI layer that can improve content discovery, personalization, engagement, and retention.
Identify product leaders, data teams, innovation teams, content strategy teams, and partnership leads who can champion pilot opportunities.
Lead discovery calls, demos, proposal conversations, and pilot negotiations.
Translate eClapper’s technology into clear use cases for entertainment, gaming, music, and interactive media.
Work closely with product and leadership to refine vertical-specific sales materials.
Develop relationships with decision-makers across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and other key West Coast hubs.
Help shape eClapper’s entertainment-focused go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or revenue leadership.
Strong network in streaming, entertainment technology, gaming, music, digital media, or platform ecosystems.
Proven ability to open senior-level conversations and move them toward real commercial outcomes.
Experience selling to product, innovation, data, content, partnership, or executive teams.
Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, commercially powerful way.
Strong understanding of engagement, retention, personalization, and content discovery challenges.
High autonomy, strong ownership, and a founder-level mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Saas and APIs systems, AI, audience intelligence, media analytics, adtech, or personalization platforms.
Existing relationships with streaming platforms, gaming companies, music platforms, creator platforms, or entertainment technology companies.
Experience selling pilots or proof-of-concept projects to large organizations.
Understanding of how platforms measure engagement, churn, watch time, session depth, satisfaction, or content discovery performance.
Experience working with early-stage companies entering the US market.
