Senior AI Engineer

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help evolve the intelligence behind eClapper’s Emotional AI platform.

You’ll work on systems that interpret emotional signals, structure mood data, support recommendation matching, and turn human context into usable machine intelligence.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, recommendation systems, behavioral signals, product engineering, and applied research.

If you want to build AI that does not simply generate content, but helps digital platforms understand people better in real time, this is a role with real depth.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and improve AI systems for emotional signal interpretation and recommendation matching.

• Work on models, pipelines, scoring systems, and algorithms connected to mood, behavior, and content intelligence.

• Collaborate with engineering to deploy AI components into production-ready systems.

• Support the evolution of eClapper’s emotional taxonomy, mood scoring, and Mental Signature logic.

• Build and test prototypes for new AI-driven product capabilities.

• Work with structured and unstructured data, content metadata, behavioral signals, and user interaction data.

• Evaluate model performance, reliability, and explainability.

• Contribute to the technical roadmap for eClapper’s Emotional AI engine.

• Help translate AI capabilities into product and enterprise value.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, applied ML, recommendation systems, or related engineering roles.

• Strong experience building real-world AI/ML systems beyond prototypes.

• Solid understanding of model development, evaluation, data pipelines, and production deployment.

• Experience with Python and common ML/AI frameworks.

• Ability to work with complex data structures, scoring models, and algorithmic systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical ownership.

• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and founders.

• Interest in human behavior, emotions, personalization, and recommendation logic.

Nice to Have

• Experience with recommendation systems, ranking models, personalization, NLP, multimodal AI, behavioral modeling, or affective computing.

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, LLM orchestration, agentic systems, or semantic matching.

• Experience deploying ML systems in cloud environments.

• Understanding of privacy-first AI architecture.

• Experience working with entertainment, e-commerce, media, or digital platform data.

• Academic or applied background in psychology, cognitive science, computational social science, or human-computer interaction.
